AOP MUSCAT DE RIVESALTES 2017

Grape variety : Muscat of Alexandria grown on sandy soils, hand-harvested in crates.

Wine making : Destemming and crushing above the vat, 48-hour skin maceration followed by 5% fortification. No sulfites.

Aged in vats until 2023.

Aging of several wines into Bordeaux barrels in August 2023.

Oxidative aging.

First bottling of 1,000 bottles on September 25, 2025.

Alcohol: 16.3%

Sugar: 105 g/L

No sulfites
